Intense violet color. Characteristic fresh and fruity aroma, very varietal. Notes of Mediterranean forest, thyme, well assembled. In the mouth it is balanced, with good acidity and fatty and ripe tannins, with a lot of volume. Long, complex and persistent aftertaste.

Recommended for special and spicy foods, red meats and aged cheeses.
